Shipping Policy

Costume Plaza charges a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.99 for orders shipped in the Unites States regardless of the order amount or quantity purchased. At this time, we ship via UPS Ground, no overnight or express shipping options are available. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing, and 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. During holidays, especially as it gets closer to Halloween, order processing and shipping may be delayed. It may take up to 7 days for your order to ship starting mid-October through Halloween. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is placed with a P.O. Box shipping address, your order will be voided. We currently only ship to the United States.

Your items may arrive in separate shipments depending on the items ordered and what warehouse or distributor they are coming from, or if items are on backorder. This will not affect your shipping costs.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a product return. In the case of product defects that have been returned, Costume Plaza will pay for the shipment of the replacement product.
