Authorization to Return and to Receive Credit
Costume Plaza will accept return of merchandise only if in new, unworn, saleable condition. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt and returned merchandise must be sent back to us and postmarked within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a credit to your account or credit card in US dollars after the merchandise has been received by us. Returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect merchandise is subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. The following items are non-returnable: MASKS, WIGS, HATS, MAKE-UP, HAIR SPRAY, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, and SALE ITEMS. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. Costume Plaza reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.
Return shipping, and original shipping charge shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Costume Plaza will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. Items must be in new, unworn, saleable condition. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt and returned merchandise must be postmarked and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Shipping of the replacement item to the customer will be paid by Costume Plaza.
