Order Processing

Orders must be placed through our secure checkout process only. We do not accept orders or payments via phone, mail, or email at this time.

During the month of October once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it because we are so busy and working to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receipt (does not include weekend days). During holidays, especially as it gets closer to Halloween, order processing and shipping may be delayed an additional 1 - 2 days.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Exceptions would be on backordered items.
